Meal Planning V

Sunday is usually pancake morning in our household!

Breakfast
Sliced fresh strawberries, kiwi, peaches with plain whole milk yogurt sprinkled with GF cinnamin
GF Pancake Mix (Pamelas) plus blueberries and butter
Real Maple Syrup

Lunch
Another "Party Platter Sampler":
Sliced turkey breast (Applegate Farms nitrate free GF) on slice of homemade GF bread (Pamelas mix)
Ants on a log (celery, peanut butter, raisins)
Colby cheese
Mango slices
Cucumber
Whole Goat Milk

Snack
Apple

Dinner
Crockpot shredded beef (natural grass fed beef chuck pot roast, Edens Apple Cider Vinegar, sea salt, garlic powder, ground cloves, onion)
Baked red potato & butter
Steamed fresh beets plus butter and sea salt
Steamed frozen peas and carrots
Slice of GF bread toasted in over with butter and mozarella cheese
Water
