GF Waffle (Vans) plus butter and real maple syrup
Leftover quinoa pilaf

Lunch
Sliced turkey- Applegate farms nitrate free GF
Marys Gone Crackers- original seed crackers GF
Raw sliced carrots
Roasted cauliflower with butter and fresh mozarella cheese GF
Cut up cantaloupe & fresh strawberries

Dinner
GF Noodles (Tinkayada)
Spicey chicken Sausage
Pasta Sauce
Cheese
Onions
