Meal Planning IV

Breakfast
Oatmeal (Bob's Red Mill GF rolled oats) plus frozen blueberries

Lunch
"Party Platter Sampler" included
Sweet bell pepper slices
Cucumber slices
Slice of turkey breast (Applegate Farms is GF)
Colby cheese stick
Avocado pieces
Steamed frozen green beans (since Lorelai was being introduced to them...)
Mango slices
Carrots

Snack
(too busy playing outside)

Dinner
Stuffed bell peppers (red peppers, grass fed ground beef, onion, butter, garlic, cooked brown rice, strained tomatoes, oregano, sea salt, pepper, mozarella cheese)
leftover green beans
half slice homemade GF bread (from Pamela's GF bread mix) plus butter
Kiwi, peaches, strawberry salad
Goat milk
