Meal Planning VI

Breakfast
GF Rolled Oats (Bob's Red Mill GF Oats), raisins, cinnamin, apples
Goat Milk

Lunch
Breakfast Casserole (eggs, frozen cut organic potatoes, Organic Valley Mild Cheddar Cheese, green onions, bacon pieces (Applegate Farms nitrate free GF), sea salt, pepper, butter)
Apple
Water

Snack
Colby Cheese
Pear

Dinner
Vegetarian Chilli (celery, onion, butter, kidney beans, black beans, great northern beans, strained tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, sea salt, frozen corn)
Homemade yogurt popcicle (yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, banana) frozen into pops
