Leftover All in One Casserole (Beef, brown rice, tomato sauce, spinach, spices, etc.)
Kurt had made it for Mother's Day!
Leftover half of a red potato with butter
Steamed fresh carrots (Lorelai had some too, pureed of course!)
Snack
Plain yogurt (Nancy's brand)
Cinnamin
GF Granola (Udi's)
Abby slept through this...
Dinner
Quinoa Pilaf (quinoa, butter, carrots, green onion, bell peppers, celery, oregano, sea salt)
Steamed fresh broccoli and red pepper with olive oil and sea salt
Ben approached the table at dinner and said, "Oh, man, everybody likes this [quinoa] but me!" Not surprisingly, he ate it and this time commented he liked it.
